Pilots Itinerary for 22nd May to 25th 2009
Please note:

• Aircraft insurance
• Passport

Accommodation is at the Share holiday village. Leisure facilities are included (pool, gym)

22nd May 2009
If possible could you start to arrive at the Share holiday village from lunchtime as the BBC and UTV would like to do a live broadcast for that night’s news.

23rd May 2009
8.00 to 09.00 Breakfasts
09.00 Briefing (pilots briefing room – located on the first floor of the wet change area)
10.30 Leave for Athlone (fuel at duty free rates for this flight. Flight plans by TP)
12.00 Lunch provide by Hudson Bay
13.30 Leave for Enniskillen
14.30 Formation flight over Enniskillen, land and dock for the RNLI event.
16.00 Departure Enniskillen
17.00 Afternoon tea @ Share
19.30 Drinks and WW2 themed meal, (4 course meal, Ted Jones Catalina pilot based in Fermanagh during WW2 will give a talk, and then dancing to a live swing band). There are some living history coming in WW2 military uniforms. You can come in dress of the era, modern pilots uniform or just as you are.

14.00 to 14.55 Lunch in the Farmhouse restaurant and model seaplane demonstration
